thomas lee, DDSCo-Founder
Thomas is the co-founder and CEO of His Hands on Africa. Prior to moving to Rwanda in 2020, Thomas ran a private dental practice for 31 years in California and did volunteer work serving his community. He was a board member for the North Valley YMCA, President of the Mission Hills Chamber of Commerce, instructor at the UCLA School of Dentistry, and a volunteer dentist at the Los Angeles Mission, serving the homeless. Thomas is a graduate of the University of California, San Francisco. He enjoys skiing, hiking, running, traveling, photography, good food and listening to jazz. Since 1988 he has been happily married to Lita and they have three grown children. |
LITA LEECo-Founder
Along with her husband, Thomas, Lita is the co-founder of HHOA and assists in operations. She is currently enrolled in a counseling program to expand her ministry emphasis in order to love, counsel, mentor, and walk with those who have experienced trauma and past hurts. Prior to moving to Rwanda, Lita devoted her life to raising her three children, Noelle (married to Harry), Nicholas, and Nathan. She brings this experience to her current community and knows God has called her to “mother” those in need. Lita’s greatest joy is intimacy with Jesus and she strives to serve out of His overflow of love and grace. |
Ron regenstreifBoard Chairman
Ron loves strategically connecting people and serving those in need. He is passionate about practical application of Biblical principles and speaks at colleges and conferences. Ron has been married to Roxann since 1973 and together raised three sons. Proudly, they have eight grandchildren. Ron founded Regency Enterprises in 1981. He served as CEO of Regency Lighting for over 35 years and is now Co-Chairman of the Board. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Q4 Impact, Joni & Friends, His Hands On Africa, Chosen People Ministries, and Rividia. Ron travels the world and loves music, biking, golf, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends. |
harry eunHarry started his career in strategy consulting with IBM and also spent time at Salesforce before getting his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2020. He now lives in New York City with his beautiful wife, Noelle Eun, working at Madison Square Garden Sports & Entertainment Company and attending Church of the City New York. Harry is passionate about mentoring underprivileged students to discover and pursue career opportunities that they were not aware of, and is committed to growing HHOA's operations so that more people will have access to dental care that so many of us take for granted.

roger joe, ddsRoger has been happily married to Stefanie since 1991 and together have raised four children. He practiced dentistry in Arcadia/Sierra Madre for over 20 years before recently taking over Leading Edge Dental from Dr. Thomas Lee, where he loves serving the patients and staff. He has been involved with dental mission work in the U.S., Central America, China, Philippines and Africa. Roger loves mentoring young Christian dentists through the Christian Medical Dental Society and serves on their Dental Advisory Committee. He attended UCLA, USC Dental School, and the Master's Seminary and enjoys the outdoors by mountain biking, backpacking, and traveling.

charles kimPrior to joining HHOA, Charles has been part of a missions team that serves the Native Indian-American children in the Navajo reservation for almost a decade. Charles is a former business owner and currently has a career in corporate sales. He has been attending The Garden Church since 2006, and currently leads a men’s small group and high school youth group. Charles has been married to his wife Jinhee since 2003 and they have one son.

THOMAS MCALLISTERTom and his wife Carrie have been married for 38 years. A good portion of their dating and married life considered Grace Community Church as their home base. They have two grown children. Tom is a California native. After 33 years in the business world, he retired and has been consulting with other non-profit and for profit organizations. Tom is excited to be a part of His Hands on Africa furthering the Great Commission to spread the gospel to all nations. He is excited about the impact His Hands on Africa will have on Rwanda and other third world nations.

jin pAKJin grew up in Rhode Island and has lived in NYC and Seattle before settling down in Los Angeles. He is a business entrepreneur with backgrounds in printing and digital marketing. Jin has been involved in the compassion ministry of helping the homeless in NYC, Seattle and in Los Angeles. He has served as Board of Directors at Hope of The Valley Rescue Mission in San Fernando Valley for six years. Member of The Garden Church in Chatsworth, CA and leads a men’s Bible Study. Enjoys cycling, hiking, soccer and tennis. Jin is married to Allison and they have one daughter and two sons.

caroline wangCaroline joined His Hands on Africa in 2017. She is happily married to Alan for 20 years with two wonderful children. Prior to her role as a stay at home mother, Caroline's professional background involved working in international banking and managing an after school program. Caroline has been involved in short term missions to Mexico and Rwanda. She currently serves at the Garden Learning Center, a non profit organization for the community youth, as the Director of Operations. She loves to travel to new places and explore beauty, food, and people of different regions.

Clayton is a pastor's kid who grew up in Mesquite, Texas while going to church and school in downtown Dallas. He has been in ministry for 28 years and has served churches in both Texas and California ranging in size from 300 to 24,000 in weekend attendance. Clayton is an accomplished speaker and author and loves to encourage single adults—this passion allowed him to help launch Christian Mingle and serve on its board for a number of years.He received his financial licenses and worked at Morgan Stanley before receiving an email from his pastor that would reignite his heart for full-time ministry. He previously served Saddleback Church as Single’s Pastor, GracePoint Church as Lead Pastor and Crossroads Community Church as Discipleship Pastor. Currently, he serves as the Chief Ministry Officer for the Rescue Mission Alliance. Clayton is a graduate of Midwestern State University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (MDiv). He and his wife Allison have been married for 22 years. Together, they have 6 children and strive to raise them in the Hope of the Lord.
